1. Description of photographic materials:
Before placing an order, check your film type:
- Colour negative, 35 mm - 135 type (the film holder says C-41 process);
- Slide (the film holder says E-6 process);
- Black-and-white film (the film holder says "black and white" or "schwarz weiß");
- Negative, 135 type is the ordinary colour film (C-41), where the frame is 24x36 in dimensions;
- Paper is marked in the price list as follows: * - glossy paper, # - matte paper;
2. Order processing:
- If no format is marked for the prints ordered, they will be printed on 10x15 gloss paper
- As standard, the film is cut into strips. At client's request, at an additional charge, the film will not be cut. In this case, please add note in the comments section on the envelope - "Do not cut the film."
- Prints from slides are made only from framed slides (24x36mm) - slides without frames will be framed as per price list.
- APS material - change of C, H, settings (photo length) is possible only when prints per description are ordered (so-called, re-prints)
- Prints from prints - at no additional charge, the original can be enlarged or reduced in size (from 9x13 to 30x45).
3. Standard services:
- These include developing the film, types: colour negative, 35-mm (C-41, 135 type) together with Photo index and full set of prints in formats: 9x13, 10x15 or 13x18, from standard negative frame 24x36mm (the so-called, first copy), or prints from description (from developed film - re-prints)
4. Special services:
- These include enlarging, print from print, prints from APS, developing slides, black-and-white prints, etc.
Prints from 24x18 mm frames (karat) are made only to 9x13 or 13x18, on gloss (print price is the same as for the standard print).
5. Processing time
Standard services
- Processing time: 2-3 working days. In accordance with the schedule available at that outlet.
We would also like to remind our clients that the processing time will extend by one working day if: - The envelope bears note saying "Do not cut the film" - because, as standard, the film is cut into strips;
- Different size prints are ordered in one envelope (each different size format extends the processing time by one working day) or the prints need to be made on paper of different finish (matte or gloss);
- There were technical difficulties: broken perforation, damaged film holder, insufficient exposure.
Special services
- Processing time for special services is up to weeks;
- Posters - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Monday the following week;
- Karat, Panorama, Pocket - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday the following week;
- Slide - developing or prints from slide - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday the following week;
- Photos for ID documents from colour negatives 35mm - processing time working days (same as processing time for re-prints);
- Black-and-white negatives - developing or prints - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Thursday the following week;
- APS material - developing or prints - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday the following week;
- Print from print - processing time working days, e.g.: order placed on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday the following week;
6. Additional charges
- As standard, we cut the film into strips, there is surcharge of 3.00PLN if the film is not to be cut at client's request;
- For prints from description or poster per the submitted colour model, the surcharge is +50% of the print price;
- For prints made from single frame cut from the film: surcharge 100% - available only for standard services;
- APS - prints are made only from film in film holder; for placing the film in substitute holder the surcharge is 11.00PLN;
- In case of colour prints from slides, slides without frames are framed as per price list.
7. Complaints
- Please, submit them in the original source envelope at the same outlets the original order was placed.
- Processing time for complaints is up to weeks.
