Can I receive "Skarb” by post?

"Skarb" is available in Rossmann stores usually on the second Friday of the month. We do not send it by post. It is distributed only in Rossmann stores as a gift for our Clients.

I want to open a Rossmann store. I would like to work with you on a franchise basis.

The form of cooperation commonly known as franchise is not practiced by Rossmann SDP. It is only possible to let premises to us. However, the cooperation is possible in seeking out locations, purchasing land, premises and buildings. Therefore we are looking for:

  • estate agents
  • real estate owners
  • investors
  • developers.

We are constantly looking for retail areas for rent:

  • in towns and cities with at least 15,000 inhabitants
  • that has a floor area of 200 - 400 m2 and are situated on the ground floor of buildings
  • that are located in attractive places (town centres and large housing estates, shopping arcades, promenades).

We are also interested in smaller towns with a high intensity of tourist traffic and a developed town centre.

We do not send any cosmetic samples, advertising materials or gadgets, but we encourage you to visit our portal www.rossnet.pl, where you can find many contests with attractive prizes.

Can I enter the store with a dog?

In front of the entrance to each store there is a label informing that it is forbidden to bring dogs in. Rossmann is a store that also sells food, so in accordance with applicable regulations of the sanitary and epidemiological station, animals are not allowed (except for guide dogs).

I’m pestered by people who claim to be Rossmann employees and offer me cosmetics. Are these really Rossmann offers?

We sell and distribute our products only via our stores and to a small extent on the Internet, on our website www.rossnet.pl. We do not sell our products directly to customers. Any attempted sales of products outside our stores when sellers cite Rossmann as a reference are illegal.

Why aren't testers for all fragrances available at Rossmann stores?

Introducing the perfume assortment in our stores we wanted to provide our Clients with familiar and popular fragrances that have been bought for many years at the most affordable price possible. However, because of this we cannot provide a tester for each fragrance.

Where can I make a complaint about goods?

You can make a complaint about goods (if the product has a defect, or is at variance with the agreement) in any Rossmann store, showing a receipt and the product that is complained about. An employee of the store compiles a complaints report on the spot. The product will be submitted to expert by the Complaints Service and the reply will be send to the store or to your postal address within 14 days (the decision is taken by the Consumer when making a complaint in the store).

Can I return/change a purchased product?

Rossmann stores do not accept returns or change products of standard value. This rule is dictated by safety and hygiene reasons and the intention to provide our Clients with highest quality products. An exception to this rule includes non food articles (e.g. toilet bags, interior furnishings) that can be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase provided that the packaging is not damaged and the product in the 'as new' condition. Then the goods can be returned/changed only on presentation of the receipt in the store where they were bought.

Can I get the phone number to the store?

All and any questions of our Clients are answered by the Customer Service Section. Because of duties delegated to (performed by) them, employees of our stores serve Clients only in the sales room.

Can we as an association turn to you for financial assistance?

Rossmann is involved in many charity activities and every year it supports several dozen local and national initiatives. However, due to our business profile we definitely prefer non-cash support, not financial assistance. We are striving to make our help reach the largest possible number of needful people. Therefore we have decided to support only organizations, associations and foundations, not individuals.
